Revolving Purchase Facility

This service allows the purchase of finished goods ( imported or UK sourced) by immediate supplier payments. These loans are to be repaid by acceptance of 90 day Bills of Exchange drawn on you , the client. The facility is dependent upon credit insurance being available on the client.

This product is available to owner- managed businesses which are UK registered and the line of credit depends purely on the financial position of your business after assessing the accounts history. Typical lines would be between £20,000 and £150,000.

Criteria

* MTF must have verifiable copy suppliers Proforma Invoices
* Full details of client for credit insurance requirement
* Finished goods only - not raw materials, commodities, fresh

foods and labour costs
* The Bills of Exchange must be repaid in cleared funds on the

due date. There are no days of grace and failure to do so, will

cancel the facility

Key Facts

* MTF may advance up to the value of the Proforma invoice
value by payment to supplier, subject to the limits available
* You, the client must pay the service fee in advance on signing
the Bill of Exchange
* Security is usually taken in the form of debentures and
director's guarantees
* Additional ancillary and banking costs will be added to the
repayment
